Take Control of HIV is part of The Urban Health Project, which was launched in January of 2003, to fill an unmet need in online health education and resources for the African American and Latino(a) communities.

The Urban Health Project is committed to working with other community health organizations to bring you the most important and useful information. We bring together healthcare providers, patients, families, educators and others in the African American and Latino communities.
